Every rental includes the vehicle, standard maintenance, roadside assistance and GPS tracking. Fuel and tolls are your responsibility.
The $50 deposit is a flat, separate charge that holds your vehicle and covers processing. It is not a credit toward your rental, so your rental balance stays $50 per day on top of it. We state this here and on the booking form so there are no surprises.
Every Dipolar Autos vehicle is GPS tracked for recovery, safety and insurance reasons. Tracking is mandatory on all vehicles and cannot be disabled or opted out of.
Yes. Rentals run a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days. We're built for weekly and monthly drivers, not one-day rentals.
The $50 deposit is due right after your application is approved. Your rental balance ($50 per day) is due before you pick up the vehicle.
Every application is manually reviewed by our team within 24 hours. We'll call or email you with a decision.
Yes. You must carry valid liability insurance that covers you in a rental vehicle. Bring proof of coverage at pickup.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your pickup date for a full deposit refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit one day of the weekly rate.
We recommend 3–5 days ahead so we can confirm availability, but same-week pickups are often possible.
Unlimited mileage is available — ask us when we call to confirm your rental. That's why so many Uber, Lyft and DoorDash drivers rent with us.
Late returns are charged $50 per day, per day late. If you need more time, call us before your return date so we can extend the rental in writing.
Yes, subject to availability. Call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or return.
Every vehicle in the fleet is GPS tracked for recovery and safety purposes.
Report it immediately. Your insurance is primary; any deductible or uncovered damage is billed to you.
Return to our Kennedale location (7420 Mansfield Highway, Suite 216) between 10am and 7pm with a full tank. We inspect the vehicle with you before closing out the rental.
